All purchases of AISCM products, including individual memberships, are final at time of sale. AISCM does not offer refunds or exchanges.

AISCM shall not be responsible for a refund of any fees, dues, course or certification fees or costs, expenses, and charges paid by Members or Corporate Members prior to termination of this Member’s membership.
